Shavvers worked on my car and Porter H. Assisted. They both were so polite and so efficient. I’ve never had a quicker or better experience at an express oil than today. It took less than 10 minutes full service. They did not try to talk me into buying any extras, just offered suggestions. Thank you for a great experience!
For parents of students, rest assured, this is the place to trust for your vehicle. My daughter went in for an oil change yesterday. After leaving, the car started shaking and was driving differently. After she called me, I called the shop and they insisted that she return the car immediately and they would look into the issue. Upon return they validate their work was done properly but they keep on looking. They dropped the skid plate and find a lower motor mount bolt was sitting in the skid plate and another bolt was about to fall out of the transaxle mount. Both of these items were due to two different services performed at Land Rover in Kansas City a year ago. Land Rover in Kansas City didn’t torque things well on either service, it seems.
Express Oil replaced the bolt and torqued both so the car was back to normal. This catch saved me and my daughter from future mechanical issues and made the car safe to drive. I am very thankful to have found this shop for our vehicle.

Great job as always. Kerry did a great job and had wonderful customer service. Nate was super helpful with the cabin filter that was not where you usually find it. He took his time and had a great attitude towards getting everything taken care of.
