This place is a complete joke and not a funny one. They make time to work on their girlfriends vehicles and family vehicles but screw the paying customer. Guarantee non of their wives would be riding around without ac in this heat.
Get the parts and money to pay them and told a day and now you want to give me another day and it is suppose to be ok because probably was used. Probably if you treated employees better, you wouldn’t be in the situation you are now. Especially since I am being punished because you hired people to work a schedule and now they can’t. I get they need time off but how much because I couldn’t have my ac worked on last weekend because employee was off.
Will gladly pay more somewhere else than to give this place my money. All the extra money they would cost me anyway wouldn’t be saving that much.
Now I wouldn’t send an enemy to them.
In my opinion, plenty of better shops at better prices and will do what they say!
Joe and his crew are class acts!! They helped my mother and I when we were traveling from FL to MI in short notice.. They were amazing.. if you are ever in need for car repair in Troy AL.. don’t hesitate to stop and see these guys!!
This place was where my maxcare sent me to get my vehicle repaired. It might say oil and tire express but they definitely do more.
When I picked up my truck it did happen to have the same issues but they let me bring it back in, they fixed it the same day and even drove it back to me from about 45 min away. Jeremiah went above and beyond customer service and he gets a 10/10 from me. Appreciate everything these mechanics did.
