Ryan helped me when I came in for a headlight being out. I was heading out of town and showed up not long before closing. He was extremely pleasant and replaced my headlight, checked all my fluid levels. I felt he went above and beyond especially in this heat and at the end of the day. Thank you Ryan! Your customer service is top notch!! I will return to this express oil location! I highly recommend.
This place is great. Super helpful staff, prompt service and good work. I go here for all of my oil changes. As a mother of 3 it always helps when businesses go the extra mile for you and can get things done fast when you are in a rush! Ryan helped me out today and in this awful heat we were in and out in less than 15 minutes
We have used this location for many years, through many vehicles and have spent thousands at this location. Most all of my experiences have been absolutely great, so it’s disappointing to leave such a negative review for one experience but the service my husband received today is absolutely unacceptable. He took his 2022 Chevy Silverado with a 6” lift in for an oil change. The guy that serviced his truck, CLIMBED up the bumper, scratching the paint and leaving grease on the bumper, then proceeded to get in the engine bay and SIT ON THE MOTOR! He never showed him oil levels and complained the entire time within earshot. He was beyond rude. This same tech serviced my Nissan about a month ago and I was treated the same. At the time, I assumed he was new and maybe nervous, shy or had a bed day (I know most of the techs by name or facial recognition) so I didn’t think much of it, but after my husband’s experience with the same guy it’s going to be hard to return. I want to point out that my husband took his work van to the east location a couple weeks ago and a lifted Ford was being serviced in front of him and they had drop cloths down and a ladder, which should have have been the correct way to service a lifted vehicle. This type of behavior is just unacceptable.
Toby took care of me today and even noticed my brake fluid was low. I appreciate the quick, efficient service at this location. They are attentive to details and listen so I get the services I need. Thumbs up!
We will absolutely not be coming back again. Went in for a simple alignment and had dropped off our vehicle in the morning, to finding out they didn’t even look at our vehicle until well after 1. We had new brakes put on not that long ago and an alignment done 6 months ago at another shop. Only went here today due to our normal shop being closed for the holiday weekend. They tried to say we had a bent tire rod in the rear due to the dents on my husband’s truck bed. Ironically, that truck had been checked out several times after our truck received the dents from hitting a dumpster and were fine. Seems like they were trying to get us to pay for services that were not needed. Customer service was very lacking….
