Great. Customer Service. The Front Desk Clerk Maria Was Very Attentive & Straight Foward With Helping With Employment Opportunities.
Very cordial and polite group of people. They helped me through the process in every way I needed. Front desk secretary Maria 😀 is very nice and speaks Spanish and English, much like most of the rest of the team. I recommend this staffing agency to all my friends and family! 😃
Today I went to this office in Concord and met Aziza after I spent almost 1 hour on filling out many many on boarding documents on the computer. Then, she just told me the job in the County office was already filled out, even though she contacted me just 3 business days ago asking me to come for an interview. She said things change quickly recently, but I suspect now whether the position was really on her hand from the beginning.
Besides, why I had to put my full social security number in the document at my first visit before I get connected to their client? I could even release my bank account number, too, because there was a question asking how I want to get my paycheck~ ha, even though Aziza didn’t have any open position for me… Nonsense~
I definitely heard that she got plural open positions in the county office, but now they are all filled out according to her. Now, I feel like cheated for their interest, and feel a little nervous about my identity theft possibility.
My experience at the Express employment Concord office was sublime the people who interviewed me kind, polite and punctual when it came to seeing me on time I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Job.
I’ve been going through these guys for years they’re always great with customer service finding work and of course keeping in contact Great establishment for anyone seeking employment I recommend you come on down Angels at the front desk He’s awesome as well so is the rest of the crew
