  1. I want to start this off by saying I think the employees are very kind. Especially the front desk. My main grievance comes with the whole process I’ve had in general. I understand if your business is short staffed. It’s very hard these days. However, something that bothers me is just trying to get ahold of the recruiter or really getting calls back. There has been 3 seperate times where I had gotten calls from them about a job. I would call back. One time, I was given a reason of “the job filled up, we’re so sorry we didnt follow up on this”. That first time was okay. However, after that? No follow up at all. When I tried to inform and ask the front desk on what the best way of keeping in touch of my recruiter or better ways to follow up. I was given an email. I have already been using email, voicemail and phone. I tried explaining this but the poor girl just kept not really answering my question. Likely because there isn’t a good answer I imagine to give me on my concern. I just feel while I know nothing is promised, I feel the communication is not good. I feel the system is either not well functioning or as they mentioned before are severely understaffed. I have heavily considered stopping a check in because I just feel there is no point to that if I can’t really even get a follow up. This is again to not bash any employee or the business as a whole. Just my personal experience.

  2. Rebecca and Toby are BY FAR the best in the office. Rebecca has been extremely helpful with getting me placed for employment since day 1. I refer all of my friends to her. She cares about all of her associates and getting them the right fit for employment.

  3. If you’re looking for a good job with a company that cares for you DONT GO TO
EXPRESS! And Definitely don’t go to Troy HE IS LIAR! They put me on a job that was cool. But soon the job relocated a hour away and it made it hard for me to commute. I reached out to Express ( Troy ) for weeks and he kept selling me a dream about finding me another job, the calls continued then after so long they stopped being answered. I left messages and text but no response! When the time finally came for me to move on to another job that I found on my own, I had to let the previous job that TROY put me on go. I definitely informed the company, and peers I worked with, that I have found another opportunity. Now all of a sudden Troy is blowing my phone up about the previous job and me leaving which was back in March but I
Washed my hands with the situation because he wasn’t really there for me like he claimed to be so why should I be there for him ? ( i know it sounds silly ) but now, in the present I’m looking for part time work during the week so I call up my close temp service EXPRESS. The front desk lady answers the phone and I specifically asked her to please give me another recruiter, because the last one wasn’t so caring. She agrees and said A LADY WILL CALL ME. TROY CALLS ME AND BASICALLY BASHES ME FOR LEAVING AND FINDING A BETTER OPPORTUNITY GETTING REAL SNAZZY ON THE PHONE AND PROCEEDS TO TELL ME EXPRESS CANT HELP
ME ANY MORE WHEN HONESTLY EXPRESS NEVER HELPED FROM THE BEGINNING. TROY FAILED ME AND HE WILL FAIL YOU.

  4. I have mixed emotions about working with Express. Initially everyone was nice and accommodating. I answered an add about temp work for Mardi Gras balls and convention buffet service. Although I have a full time permanent job I was assured that my schedule limitations would not be a problem. I was offered 3 jobs in 3 weeks and took all. But I keep messaging and even went to the office and asked to either be given a chance to work or released to find other company to work for. So not sure if I would have had a better experience if my availability was more open or not.

  5. Called to make sure my check was ready, got a ride up there and they did not have a check for me. Lost my hours. Got questioned like I didn’t work and had to wait 30 minutes for a hand written check with no check stub and was told I could get that next week and if they owed me anything I could get it after the check stub. They received complaints from vendors as well
