1. Tonya Hollis is Incredible to work with! We were looking for a property to purchase for a part time home, part time rental investment. Tonya took the time to find us the perfect location. She spent many hours on the phone with me going over details and answering my many questions. Working from another state, I had a lot of reservations, but Tonya answered any question or addressed any concern in a very timely fashion.
   She made the process fun and gave me confidence in our decision. We have since moved in and LOVE our new home away from home! I would highly recommend her to anyone! And actually already have to one of our friends looking to do the same thing.

2. My experience couldn’t have been better! This was my first time selling a home, which unexpectedly turned into a sell and buy at the same time. It was the smoothest process and I have Ashley to thank for that! Incredible communication through the entire process. Always had answers or extraordinarily quick to get an answer. I cannot thank her enough!! Looking forward to working with her again in the future.

3. Ashley Holmes at Exit Realty helped me find my dream home and made the buying process so easy. She found the perfect house for me and guided me on what to ask for from the seller. During this time I was experiencing some health issues and Ashley took all of the stress out of buying a new home. She went above and beyond and did all the heavy lifting so that it was stress free process for me. I highly recommend Ashley as an agent and will continue to use her to help me find investment properties as well.

4. What a wonderful experience, Jaime was the ultimate professional from the first day we met her. . We could not have had a better experience working with Jaime on the purchase of our new home in Fairhope. She was very helpful as we navigated our long distance search working tirelessly to help us find the perfect home in a great location. She is a wealth of knowledge on the Eastern Shore sharing her expertise and recommendations as we moved from contract to close. As a 3rd generation realtor, the expertise and trust she delivers shines through. She has a proactive and professional approach and was always updating us with new opportunities and allowing us the opportunity to see those thru FaceTime. The process and communication was excellent as we were 6 hours away, she set up the calls for us to preview homes and provided great details on each home. Once we made our offer she directed the process and gave us great advice on everything from painters to decorators to lawn care. She is a pleasure to work with as she is always positive and upbeat working tirelessly to please her customers. We highly recommend Jaime and her team for purchasing your new home and if we ever decide to sell, she will be our first call.

5. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Our family recently moved to Daphne, AL from IL and Jaime has been stellar every step of the way. Coming from 1000 miles away, we knew nothing about the area, nothing about southern homes/construction, and really didn’t know exactly which town would best suit our needs. Jaime was able to answer every one of our questions and was so incredibly knowledgeable about the market, the various neighborhoods, the different builders, and each area. We looked at over 10 houses and Jaime was so patient and upbeat the whole day. When it came time to putting an offer in on our now home, she guided us every step of the way and really advocated for us. She truly went absolutely above and beyond. She sets the bar incredibly high for other realtors out there and we will be sure to recommend her to anyone we know needing a Baldwin County realtor!
