1. As new homeowners, our top priority was to find a trustworthy company that truly had our best interests at heart, and one that wasn’t going to push unnecessary repairs on us. After a disappointing experience with another company, we decided get a second opinion, and gave Ethridge a chance.

   The lady on the phone was very pleasant and arranged for a technician to inspect our system that same night.

   Our technician, Alex, stood out to us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, even inviting us to observe. Despite working the late night to ensure our AC was working, He took the time to talk with us, and we actually enjoyed the time he was there. We’ve never had a more pleasant experience with someone working in our home.

   Alex’s genuine demeanor and transparency was a refreshing change from past experiences. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our needs and wasn’t looking to push unnecessary services. This was in stark contrast to the previous company that wanted us to replace something that didn’t need replacing. As a result, we saved around two thousand dollars by choosing Ethridge.

2. Mike was professional, personable and thorough. I appreciate that Ethridge employees like Mike have long tenure, knowledge and experience. I also like the new Cool Club membership program. I feel it provides additional value in these inflationary times.

3. Very prompt and professional technician. Reasonable rates and solid advice. Have dealt with other HVAC servicing businesses, this was the first one we felt we were getting good advice, not a hard sell.

4. USE THIS SERVICE

   I think this may be my first google review ever. It speaks to how impressed I was with them.

   Our A/C went out on a Sunday late afternoon/evening. I called and left a voicemail with basically an S.O.S. saying we were melting. I woke up in the morning to already having a voicemail left by them at 7:15 am. By 8:30 am, they were at my front door, and by 9:30 am, we had A/C running through the house again. Their prices were exceptionally reasonable and our master tech, Alex, did a wonderful job explaining the issues and why he was doing everything. He also gave some pointers on additional subjects, which was much appreciated. We went ahead and signed up for their yearly maintenance check-ups as the cost is exceptional and will help avoid issues down the road. I could not recommend them more!

5. Called and they sent someone out the same day. Jessie was super knowledgeable about what he was doing. Took the time to explain to me parts of the AC system and what he was doing. Very social and great company. He even took the time to show me how to golf! 10/10
