Been here about a month and have loved it. I had a few small things that needed some fixes, put a work order in, and within 1 hour, Brian with the maintenance team was at my place and fixed everything. Super professional and quick responses. So awesome.
The apartment is well maintained, any fixing request usually being taken care of by Frank in one day, which is great! The front office stuff is kind too, particularly Johnisha. We had a great time there. I was worried about the move out fee, so I cleaned the apartment thoroughly. Was only charged by a bit over 200 for carpet cleaning and floor cleaning. For future residence, Do make sure to keep car always locked and nothing inside. The car parking can be accessed directly from public street despite the gate.
I just want to say how amazing Johnesha (I think that’s the spelling) is. I needed to stay with my brother, who is the resident there, under very unfortunate circumstances. Johnesha was always very friendly and approachable. She went above and beyond while I was staying there. If the other staff are as helpful and accommodating as her—and if ever I needed to move back to Riverside, I would most certainly rent an apartment from this complex, simply based on my interaction with Johnesha. I left there 8/31/24, and had another issue (package was not re-routed to my house in CO). I called Estancia to ask if the package was there, Johnesha verified that it was, and gave me some options that will help me in recovering it. The facts that she treated me so well during my stay, I was never a resident, and she is still helping me after I’ve left, just astonishes me.
On a similar note, the onsite handyman (I wish I remembered his name) was great, as well. He came in to fix a hole in the drywall (necessary, from the plumber), and when I mentioned my brother’s disposal wasn’t working, he immediately took care of it. In addition, I had some large packages of water and other groceries dropped off which he offered to help me with.
My conclusion is that this is a place I would recommend to anyone, Johnesha, especially, deserves recognition for far exceeding expectations of customer relations/service/care, as well as the handyman (tall slender gentleman), and anyone on the fence about renting from them should not hesitate to snatch up an apartment.
I’ve been a resident at Estancia for 3 years now. It’s been a positive experience since day one, especially with the assistance of one of the management team members, Johnisha. She is a great addition to the Estancia community. Johnisha has supported my stay here by helping me with anything I’ve ever needed. The location is great. The pool, dog park, gym, and walking paths are always neat and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment!
Been here since right before COVID. Safe, clean, and convenient area for shopping. Quick access to 215 freeway, 91 a bit far but doable. We really utilize the pool and gym which are well taken care of. They’re always updating something to make it more modern and nicer for us. The cleaning lady is so wonderful she works so hard and we appreciate her immensely, the landscapers do great too. Maintenance (Brett and Frank) are on top of things and very helpful.
My only concern for management: Sometimes you get riff raff at the pool/BBQ (tatted on face type, mad dawgin you, loud music, invites 30 family members and territorial/disrespectful) and also as neighbors, but they’re usually gone within a month lol, you’d mostly deal with them on Sundays when no staff is present, and we’re never even actually sure they live here. Other than that, I’ve enjoyed calling Estancia my home, like everyone else, we wish rent was cheaper but the price is pretty on par for what you get. Mind the coyotes with your pets!
