  1. Parking is quite inconvenient. Sales reps seemed very unfriendly. I get it. We all work just for the money but at least have some customer service?
All my sales rep cared about was getting me signed up for the membership asap regardless of how I feel about the gym. Probably just for the commission?

    BE CAREFUL! VERY SALESY!

Once you walk in, their goal is to get your money and lock you in whether you’re happy with the gym or not.

I didn’t like the vibe of the gym and they don’t seem to have much to offer. You also have to give your parking ticket everyday if you want to park for free. Pools very small and hot. Could use some AC!

  2. I typically come in after midnight and all my experiences have been great. Gym never feels empty but it’s also not too busy. Greg helps me out whenever I got a question about the gym and the questions he’s got on the board are always a fun and engaging conversation to have after my workout. Definitely recommend

  3. After 2 months I have to say this place is amazing. The upgraded memberships are worth it for the cardio theatre alone, but there are a number of other perks available depending on the tier. Fun fact: if you’re in the cardio theatre and somehow manage to lose your AirPods in the stairmaster. EoS staff member Carly will rush in like Tim the Tool Man Taylor (or Bob the Builder if your born after the year 2000) and fish them out from the side panel. Great gym, great staff. Stay Classy Santa Ana.

  4. Brianna worked today 9/25/24. My mom wanted to cancel her subscription. Brianna was extremely immature and rude, slapping her hands on her sides like a little kid and then called my mom stupid. I am going to make sure everyone knows that apart from EOS being very busy and compact during gym hours, the customer service also sucks.

Brianna kept slapping her hands against her sides and called my mom stupid. I know canceling isn’t ideal for a business but that is no way to act. It is very unprofessional and I will escalate this incident because that is no way to treat a senior.

  5. Very nice and great manners , I totally recommend it.buy the way I don’t agree with this person about they are two pushing? No they are doing there job as to sale the membership, so if you are not ready to go for ? Don’t waist there time either. I personally thought they were nice and polite. They offer you different options but once you say no I’m not interested, they stop asking you again. Trust me I being to other gyms and they were a pain and very persistent in not wanted me to leave. This one I didn’t even sign up on my firsts visit. The sales man even gave me a pass if I wanted just to try it out ! So yes good job sales man. 👍🏋🏻‍♀️
