Just purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales, I would absolutely start here first for the next car we purchase in my household. The sales consultant we worked with was Emiliano Munoz Ramirez, he was friendly, super patient, and informative without being at all pushy. I had pretty much decided on purchasing a car from Enterprise, but did a little shopping around to look at other makes/models they didn’t have. The contrast in car shopping experience is astounding. I left Enterprise feeling pretty happy and optimistic, I left three other dealerships feeling stressed, judged (Um, yeah that’s my budget, not because I can’t afford more, but because I don’t want to spend more 😡), and in some cases offended. Was back at Enterprise the next morning at opening and made my purchase. Super easy process, low stress, I absolutely recommend!!
Josh was very helpful and helped me bring home the exact car I was looking for and able to get me monthlies in the range I wanted. Thank you very much ! If you’re car shopping stop by ask for josh very friendly patient and wasn’t a eager sales men. Recommend 10/10.
Mark and Emiliano were great from the start to the finish is the whole process of me purchasing my car!! They are friendly, knowledgeable of what they are doing!! I have referred them to family and friends.
Enterprise leaves customers stranded without a rental due to no notification of updated policies. License must match credit card billing address. If not rental will be denied on the spot.
Customer service did not inform at the starting of the exchange or any postings. As a result my ride had departed. I am in town for a family crisis. I missed getting the help they needed due to Enterprise. I just moved and dropped everything to be here.
I rent cars 3-4 times a week for work across the country. Now I know why my company avoids using Enterpuse.
A excellent experience Andrew Wild went above and beyond to get us a car. I would recommend Enterprise to any of my friends and family.
