My wife and I had to purchase a vehicle because a tree totaled our previous car, and we weren’t excited due to where the market is. We visited 5 different dealerships in the Mobile area, and Enterprise was our last stop before giving up for the day. Parker was the salesman who greeted us in the parking lot, and I’m so thankful he did! Parker was the first salesman who made us feel comfortable. We told Parker our wants, needs and budget, and Parker provided options that were ALL within our budget. I’ve never been a fan of car salesmen or the car buying process in general, but Parker went above and beyond to make the entire experience as enjoyable as possible. I recommend Enterprise, and I highly recommend asking for Parker.
I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had while dealing with a car dealership. The process was super transparent and simple. The whole process only took 2 hours as opposed to the usual 5 it took when I have worked with other dealerships, and the staff was extremely helpful in explaining all the different options for getting me on the road. I will definitely be back if I ever need another car!
This staff at this place is AMAZING !!!!!!! They are very friendly . When my boyfriend and I arrived we were greeted and welcomed in by Cameron . He had a client to meet with so he sent us to the G.O.A.T of car sales Ms. Janee’ Morgan . She’s absolutely the best at what she does , remember that name ! She explained every question we had , gave recommendations, and her patience was definitely there . She went above and beyond to help us and she exceeded our expectations!!!! We will enjoy our new car thank you so much Janee , keep up the awesome work ❤️ .

I had the best experience at enterprise. Janae was the sweetest and very helpful and knowledgeable in what she was doing. I told her what I was looking for and price range I needed and she knew exactly what to show me. Everyone there was nice and helpful and also does a wonderful job at breaking things down for you. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
