Absolutely one of the best experiences with purchasing a car. Super cool and down to earth staff there, and Erny was awesome, patient, helpful, not at all annoying like many car salesmen tend to be. We test drive a few cars, then decided not to jump into a car purchase and check out other dealerships, but after going to four other dealerships, we just had to go back and get that car with Erny. We just felt more comfortable with him. Prices were also much more reasonable than all the other places… overall an awesome experience. Nice commuter car so I won’t be putting too many miles on my current car!
Update: Work unfortunately had to be done to car after purchasing. Nobody should be putting down cash for a car that starts popping up engine signs very bad business and give me doubts. But although I got it covered from warranty and back on the road hope all is well with car now.
Elite Auto has great customer service in person and through phone calling and messaging. I worked with Carlos he was very professional with my Audi A4 purchaser also had the time to show me a Chevy Cruz. Fast and easy. Thank you Elite Auto!

We had been searching for a vehicle for my son for about a month, we called other dealers both big and small and most of the time got the run around, either the car was not there or the price was different than what was advertised online. I can say with confidence that shopping with Elite Auto in Visalia has been one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve had. We went in on a Sunday at about 5pm an hour before closing and we were treated as we were the first customers of the day, Eric’s service was excellent, he provided great info on the vehicles we tested and eventually helped us pick the right vehicle for my son!
