1. Dr. Eli has a wonderful, kind, helpful, considerate staff/support team. Dr. Eli always sees you on time. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.

   He doesn’t pack his appointments for the day in order to uphold his commitment to outstanding customer/client/patient experience. Dr. Eli takes as much time as needed with me as needed. I was referred to him by 2 different co-workers or else I would’ve never have found such an amazing doctor. When there’s a concern he’s compassionate, committed, and makes a care plan to follow up in order to best assist his patients.

   His waiting room, which there’s hardly any waiting to the rooms, are flawlessly clean. I’m always treated with the upmost respect. I hesitate to recommend him because I would like to keep him as “just my general physician” & secret. Lol

   However, he is a valued member of our medical community. I hope this review helps anyone else that wants to stay “on top” with their health or assert a plan of care.

2. I have been seeing Dr. Elia since he was at Peachwood Medical, back in 2008. He was my children’s doctor as they grew up, and I continue to see him. He is the most caring, thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He asks the important questions and always listens attentively. He’s been an important part of my family’s and my health over the years and I highly recommend him.

3. Dr. Elia is my favorite Doctor in Fresno so far. He is easy to talk to; listens to, addresses, and elaborates on my concerns and opinions, and is an all-around great care taker. All of my health issues were treated promptly and I’ve never had to wait for very long to be seen.

   My 13 year old Son also likes Dr. Elia, and enjoys that the Dr. addresses him directly rather than asking me questions about him. Of course I have opportunities to chime in, but the Dr. prefers to treat my Son as a young man, which I appreciate.

   Unfortunately Dr. Elia’s office doesn’t take my new insurance, so I’m no longer seeing him, but I will go back in a heart beat if the insurance policy changes.

4. Dr. Elia is a great doctor. Very attentive and follows up. I do recommend him. His staff is great and, when you walk into their waiting room, you’ll find he’s never overbooked.

5. I have not had any issues with the care I have received from Dr. Elia. He has gone out of his way to treat my husband and I with the best care we have received this far. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his front office. She has poor customer service, VERY rude and to be quite honest, I get the feeling she is doing us a favor by taking our call. I had never had any issues making appointments for my husband, as he has me signed on the release forms (he is horrible at making his own appointments) until recently. She signed on refill requests that I needed an appointment when I verified with Dr. Elia I didn’t need one (he ended up refilling, only when I sent a picture of the denial she faxed to the pharmacy). Last straw was when I called to make an appointment, I guess I didn’t follow the unspoken protocol by identifying myself as a patient, I had said “Hello, does Dr. Elia have an opening next week” when I was cut off with HOLD ON HOLD ON I DON’T EVEN KNOW IF YOU ARE A PATIENT! She then continued to be beyond rude. I had to end the conversation with “Nevermind, I will explore my other options”. Dr. Elia is a great doc, but until the front office changes, I would not recommend his office.
