Elena is the absolute BEST lactation consultant and I can not recommend her enough! I went through two other lactation specialists before I met Elena, and she was a game changer. Elena is extremely knowledgeable and thorough; but more importantly, she is very warm and compassionate. She helped diagnose a tongue tie and tension in my son’s neck that the other two consultants had missed. She helped me navigate breast feeding and what to do in order to achieve success. Elena came up with a customized plan for me and helped tweak it based on my son’s progress along the way. She has been an invaluable source of knowledge and support for me. I am forever grateful for her!

I highly recommend Elena. I used her as a lactation consultant. I went to her seeking a tailored nursing and pumping plan, as I was planning to go back to work. Long story short, she helped us identify a tongue tie we would’ve never noticed. She is an excellent listener, asks a lot of great questions, and is highly experienced. She is helping us through a process that involves multiple providers over an extended time. I plan to share her info with everyone I know that’s expecting or postpartum. Also, she takes Covid seriously and takes safety precautions.
