What kind of place doesnât even have live human beings to answer phone calls? Who wants to talk to a robot only to be told that someone will call back in three days? Guys, if you canât afford a staff, why are you in business? Youâre definitely doing it wrong. Are you looking for a naturopathic doctor? Stay away from these people.
The staff is really friendly and the place is beautiful. I went for a colonic. It was my first one. She was patient and friendly and explained the whole process in detail and made sure I didnât have any questions and that I was comfortable. The whole process was fast and painless. Iâd definitely recommend Elements to anyone!!

The care I received from Dr. Murphy when I was in the office was amazing. I felt like she listened to me and she really cared about where I was coming from. She gave me a lot of good advice which has continued to help me to this day. Once I left the office, though, it was another story. I tried calling back to speak with Dr. Murphy and I was (not too politely) told to email her using the patient portal. So I did that. That was in August. Itâs now November and I still have not heard back from her. I didnât try calling back again, itâs clear that she canât be bothered to even respond to an email.
