I called Electronic Express in Huntsville,AL on Carl T Jones Dr yesterday (6/10) and spoke with a young man by the name of Luke. I had many questions regarding my interest in a washer/dryer set. He answered every question with politeness and knowledge and we set a time that was good for me to come in and take a look at a set. I went in yesterday afternoon and in a very short time I was able to choose a set that meets my need and I think I will be very happy with. Luke was wonderful in the way he took care of me during the whole transaction. I feel like I was treated as a valued person….not just another $$$ transaction. I highly recommend Electronic Express and their staff!
Would highly recommend! We went to the Jones Valley location. The representative we worked with was Luke who was incredible but I had a great experience with every one in the store. Huge selection in store along with good options for shipping from other locations. They gave us plenty of room to think over our purchase and gave us every option possible along with a better deal than we could have got anywhere! Plus the financing option was too good to pass up! We are in the middle of renovating so they are holding our appliances until we are prepared to install.
I recently visited the Electronic Express store at Jones Valley with a friend to shop for a new refrigerator. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. A staff member approached us and told us to leave, claiming we “look like kids.” Despite trying to explain our purpose, he stormed off to the back of the store without giving us a chance to state our reason.
This treatment was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect, regardless of our appearance. This incident left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome.
I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure better customer service in the future.
bought a Full set of kitchen appliances there and the Frigidaire stove has plastic knobs painted to look like metal and they are peeling and look awful. This started happening within a year. wrote a complain. Got a reply they would replace them. I accepted but they never reached back out and replaced the knobs for me. Bad business. As you can see, they have replied but they will not update me or resolve the issue just like last time. If they do I will come back and update this review. But I doubt they will.
I’ve been on the hunt for a new tablet for a while now, comparing prices on everything from eReaders to full tablets. Chelsie, one of the store employees, was incredibly helpful throughout my search. She went above and beyond by checking online prices to make sure I was getting the best deal. Thanks to her, I finally found the perfect tablet!
