We live in California and were hesitant to purchase an appliance out of our area. After shopping around and finding the best price for the product we wanted, we decided to purchase the cooktop from EE. I just tried to access the Electronic Express web site to see whether the store would be worth a visit. Apparently, this business blocks anyone using a VPN. I was not able to get the site to load on either a computer or a phone. Shrug. Guess they’re not worth a visit.
Seemed to be a somewhat decent store but the way they follow you around like your stealing is insane and don’t even give you space to think for yourself is ridiculous if you treat everyone in this manner you shouldn’t be working retail ! We would try look at one thing and here they go trying to push something on to you before you can read what it is. Online shopping somewhere else would definitely safe you the headache of this place !
We had such a great experience at Electronic Express. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered multiple options and had most things in stock. The delivery was also wonderful! The guys were friendly and great at their jobs. I will definitely be back to the store!
