  1. Had my car diagnosed at another shop & they were unable to complete the diagnostic & only charged me $40 way less than the normal charge. Battery, starter, alternator were good. they referred me to Electrical Lab in case it was electrical. Took my car in at 8 am the next day & I had to call at 4 pm since no one reached out to me all day. Employee was explaining the ā€œproblemsā€ & since I was on a break I told him to send me everything in writing which he agreed I would receive in 30 mins. I didnā€™t receive anything until the next morning at 11:30 am. They said my alternator was bad & was reading

  2. Very unsatisfied had the car for two days just to fix license plate $400 to look at it $800 after they gave me a total price, they called me back and said thereā€™s more problems itā€™s gonna be another 800 to fix a light to fix it to get the certificate for DMV light and brake inspection. They said they were going to check everything before they inspected it at electric labs it failed, they said my tail lights were cracked. The front strut was bad. The rotors were worn. End up spending 1900 to fix two lights no certification for the DMV I wouldnā€™t recommend electric laboratories to anybody please go somewhere else

  3. electric lab and I had a huge misunderstanding. Richard called in hopes to better understand why I was not satisfied with the services. Unfortunately I did not understand the service being offered, and chose a service I did not need. The shop handled the situation with tact and offered to reevaluate the car to better suite my needs. Ultimately, the shop did what they said they were going to do, and end the end, made it right by me in such a way that I chose to edit the review to reflect their services better.
    Thanks Richard.
