My service technician was very nice, but that doesn’t make up for their service cost calculations. The office said the part to fix it was around $13. The guy was here maybe 30 minutes, and that’s being generous and they charged me $303. They told me it cost so much because something bad could have happened and then they would have to do a lot more work like tearing down the wall, which they still would have made me pay for. So I had to pay for something that didn’t happen that would have been more work for them that I would have had to pay for as well. So next time I get my oil changed I wonder if I’m going to have to pay a risk fee for if something breaks that I will have to pay for as well. Their risk pricing is one of the craziest things I’ve ever heard of. Why would I pay for something that could happen and if it did happen your going to charge me to fix that too!!! At any point if I was told it was going to be $303 to twist off a hose bibb and put on another one in 1 minute I would have said no way.
Edwards did a great job! I had my A/C serviced and cleaned. They showed up right on time, cleaned and serviced everything thoroughly, and were very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend
I’ve had my unit just over 10 years and Edwards has only been called out twice. In both cases, the techs showed up the next day. Fast, friendly and professional on each visit. Took care of the issue on the first visit. Thank you Edwards!!!
I am ALWAYS impressed with the technicians that show up to service our heating and air unit. I am mad at myself for not getting both their names today, but they were great communicators when it came to explaining what actually was happening to the air conditioning unit. My mother has used them over 35 years and I see why.
I can’t remember the gentleman’s name in Montgomery Alabama but he was unbelievably good. Superfast knew exactly what to do. I saw him one day and Circle K service station on Ann Street Montgomery Al. What is to say thank you but couldn’t catch him in time.
