1. Every weekend there are some strangers in the pool area who do not live in the complex. Dirt, drinking alcohol, the smell of weed. The last weekend there was a person on the territory who is responsible for order, but the situation does not change; he just sits nearby and does not check passes. Yesterday, July 7, near the pool, two unknown teenage girls almost stole a scooter from my friends, it’s good that they noticed it in time and took the scooter from them.

2. 1. It’s not safety apartment complex. Last night I was robbed. Someone still my bike from my balcony!!! I live 2 floor!! It’s so scary, they could get inside apartment…

   2. Here is so loudly. Every morning from Monday to Friday here is big noise, starting from 8 AM. I know cleaning and plumbing it’s so important, but I can’t sleep. Loud so annoying.

   3. When they clean leaves or mow the grass, besides the noise, a lot of dust onto the balcony and all of my stuff so messy.

   4. Here is huge pool and hot tub. But it’s always busy. There are people who don’t live here, but they used it. They always drinking and smoke weed. Residents are required to pay for maintenance, but they can’t use it.

   5. Also I found huge roach in my bathroom. This didn’t happen before.

   6. car windows in the parking lot are constantly being broken here.

   7. garbage rooms are very dirty and filled with garbage bags.

   8. And every year your rent payment increases for 200$.

   From pluses:
   1. Stuff so friendly and they trying to help.
   2. You can send requests online and so fast it’s will be fixed.
   3. Good neighbourhood.

3. I recommend this place to live, the area is very quiet, and the green area, the trees and the potters are great, the staff that comes there are very efficient!! The staff that works there at the desk and maintenance, mainly Robert, is very punctual and helpful when answering any questions. :)! And Jose, I think, is from maintenance, he has a very good attitude when answering any concerns! I found the apartment in perfect condition, very clean and very beautiful, and the parking area is perfect, there is plenty of space to park, and not to mention the pools, the jacuzzi, and the gym! It’s very nice, my whole family and I are very happy, thank God 🙂

4. Dear administration. Please move the ducks to the pond that live on the roof of the parking lot, they drink water from the pool, chlorinated water is harmful to animals. It is also harmful for children, since there is a lot of goose droppings at the bottom of the pool; many children swim in the pool. The fact is that cute birds (the duck family) can act as carriers of a very unpleasant disease – cercariasis, which is popularly called swimmer’s itch.
   The disease is caused by a parasite called a cercaria, the length of which does not exceed 1 mm. Despite the fact that the “host” of the parasite is waterfowl, cercariae can also penetrate human skin.
