A special thanks to Bobby Padilla for managing the order process to get a car with the features I want. Steve Fong made the “checkout” very smooth, including signing on a desk sized screen and eliminating tons of paper. And Sean Scott gave me pointers as we took my new ride out in the road.
Solid dealership and you can tell the employees enjoy working there. That type of culture is all too rare…so a final shout out to John (one of the managers) for his leadership and delivering on what he promised.
I had a wonderful experience buying my new m440i Gran Coupe from this dealership. Shadd was a great salesman and Michael was a great finance manager. I even had to take a work call and used the little cubicles in the customer service lounge. No rush, no pressure. I highly recommend this dealership. Also, the Gran Coupes are awesome and my wife and I had plenty of room for our stepladder on day 2! Fast, functional and practical.
