The lady that administered my mammogram was absolutely awesome! I was so nervous because I thought it would hurt, plus so self conscious because of my weight; but she made me feel so comfortable and it went so fast. I love her! Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I will always come here
Staff friendly, polite and professional. I have one concern. Iāve been in for deep cleaning twice and the procedure is not done. I was supposed to come in 1 time. I was told they needed 2 hours, so next time I was told the same thing. Initial fee was 463.00, and Iāve paid 400.00 and change and still not finished. I want to know the cost for the final cleaning? Pleaseā¦
The front desk representative was a delight! Warm and welcoming in every way.
The lab tech who did my blood draw was incredibly skillful. I experienced no pain at all and somehow didnāt bruise afterward (unheard of for me!)
Overall a practically perfect experience. I would give many more than 5 stars if possible!!
The East Alabama Medical Center was a great experience. I felt loved and cared for by the staff; as everyone was nice and friendly. All staff (Surgery Team) showed concern and talk to me before and after going into surgery. One nurse even told my grandmother; we will treat her as one of our own; and the anesthesiologist came in and explained how and what was going to happen while being administered anesthesia. The facility was clean and organized.
I recently had a procedure at the Auburn Medical Complex. I had a wonderful experience from the waiting area through the very end of the procedure. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The doctors spoke with me before and after and had a great bedside manner. I felt very comfortable the whole time. They also checked on me the next day to make sure I was feeling ok and had no complications. I highly recommend using this facility for your outpatient procedures.
