Charged $59 to come out and do an estimate and never provided the estimate. I wanted to have all the plumbing replaced and I wanted the work permitted, we had just purchased the house from an investor and wanted to make sure nothing was overlooked. They did not want to pull permits to do the work so they never even provided the estimate and management refused to take my calls to explain why or provide a refund. They just took my money and avoided my calls. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank which took a months for them to investigate. Not a trust worthy company at all.
NO HOME OWNER WANTS NON-PERMITTED WORK DONE ON THEIR HOME!
I wouldn’t deal with this company unless you make them pull permits and pay them only once work is done.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The front desk is VERY RUDE. She hang up the call on me TWICE ALREADY while I was talking. I don’t believe it is just simply a disconnection when this front desk hang up the call on me twice ON DIFFERENT DAYS.
Recommend these people. Mr Brian was very honest and fixed my plumbing problem with my tub in no time I will call in the future if I need a plumber again 😀
