James was so great to work with! His high level of customer service does not come by often. He was great and very helpful but not sales pushy…shopping for certain sizes can be discouraging but he took all that stress away and helped my boyfriend pick out a great outfit for a wedding. Thank you James!! And we will be back to buy the 49er hoodie!

The staff is awesome. My favorite by far is Stephen. He gets it. He’s great at pairing shirts, jackets and pants; especially when my budget is tight and I have to limit the number of items.
The selections are vast and most items can be ordered online when out of stock. The staff will help with this also.
They are a tad bit pricey but when compared to other big/tall they come in line with regard to price.
The quality of clothes are really good. I’ve had shirts from there last me longer than they stay in style.

They should definitely update on there website that there temporarily closed especially if you have people traveling just to have the store close!!!
This is my first time here a woman at the front desk was nice enough to measure me out and made sure I had the right fitting shirt I was very surprised to see nice name brand clothing in there for big guys a lot of stores forget the big guys I was very impressed with their selection and customer service
