1. I recently completed a year-long stay at Duo apartments and I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience.

   From the start, the leasing staff made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. They were always available to answer questions and ensure that everything was set up perfectly for me. Their professionalism and friendliness made a significant difference in my overall experience.

   The maintenance team was equally impressive. Any time I needed assistance, they responded promptly and resolved issues efficiently. Their dedication to keeping the property in top condition was evident and greatly appreciated.

   The amenities provided were fantastic and contributed greatly to my enjoyment of the property. The clubhouse has a lot of great features like the Mario Kart gaming system and pool table. Although there is restricted access to the amenities after certain hours, the policy for entering seems fair to me.

   Overall, my time at Duo has been very satisfying. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a well-managed property with excellent staff and appealing amenities.

2. I moved to Duo Apartment nearly 2.5 months ago, and I absolutely love this place. The location is incredibly convenient, safe, and peaceful, surrounded by two big parks that offer plenty of greenery and space to relax. While it can get noisy at times due to the nearby freeway, simply closing the windows effectively blocks out the sound.

   The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. Martha and Em, in particular, made the lease application process quick and smooth, and they have always been prompt in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Duo Apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.

3. I’ve been at Duo for 2 years now and I continue to have a wonderful experience living here. I can’t say enough good things about the front office staff, especially Em and Martha! They’re incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any need or question. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just general inquiries, they handle everything promptly and with a smile.

4. It’s listed as luxury apartments but not the best quality or clean. The staff (Martha, Em, Mickey) is great love them! But they are under staffed and don’t have the resources they need for their jobs. The pool, outside, and mailroom is very dirty. But it’s the residents leaving trash everywhere and not cleaning after their pets. The small dog park has not been cleaned since we moved in. The carpets are very dirty and elevators are always broken. For what we pay you would expect this place to be very clean and taken care of. Not worth the overly high rent. Also never seen security and our package was stolen. I have been here 3 months it’s nice don’t get me wrong but it’s the residents that are not mindful and unclean. Also the noise from the freeway is very Annoying. You hear it all day/night long.

   To the owner don’t be hard on your staff support them!!

5. We’ve been living at Duo for nearly four years now and it has had its ups/downs, but the management has improved drastically over the past year (s/o to Martha) and the Duo team.
   Thank you Martha for answering questions I’ve had, resolving issues quickly and for your kindness. You are always so polite and attentive.
