Our technician Jonah was excellent. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process from start to finish. He showed up on time and did the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and we will without doubt use them again.
Jason was excellent! He figured out where the leak was, opened the ceiling, turned off the water main, opened a larger area to reveal the leaking pipe then came back this morning and replaced the leaking pipe. He cleaned up both days before leaving. All this on a weekend!
Dunn’s did a good job of installing my new air conditioning system. Staff was helpful and professional. My only thing I could say as a negative is when they present you with pricing options at the start, they bundle it in with service plans that you may or may not need and they are not super transparent about that. Was more of a hassle than I would have liked to get a more straightforward price out of them. My feedback to them in the future would be to make their pricing structure more transparent. However at the end of the day I did decide to have them do the work and they did a good job so I’m happy with the result.
Chris M (electrician) and Jordon A (plumber) cane to my house to fix two issues that I had. They were both very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their work to me. They both did an excellent job!!! I was so happy with the service that I signed a 1 year maintenance agreement with Dunn’s for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
My plumber (Hunter) showed up on time, agreed to a plan to diagnose the issue and the price was exactly what we agreed to. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the communication process from Dunn’s as well. It’s very rare to get both great communication and service these days. Highly recommended!
