The staff at the Drury are very professional, sweet, helpful, and kind. We stayed there for 2.5 weeks with our pets, and they were always so excited to see us come down to walk our dog, just so they could love on him. They would call him by name and ask if he was having a good day, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay there. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! They also have free breakfast and dinner for guests every day, a pool and gym, and they make popcorn every afternoon in the lobby.
Excellent location and wonderful room. Everything was perfect. We stayed 3 days and room was refreshed each day. Great customer service at counter and at the restaurant/bar. A couple of things that could be improved on…. All three mornings no bananas for our cereal. Also on the rooms facing the highway, a bit noisy from the cars and trucks. Otherwise breakfast was well stocked and pretty good.
We stayed for 2 nights this week. It really was not bad. The only few complaints I have is that the dresser that housed the microwave and refrigerator was extremely wobbly. I thought it was gonna fall over if we kept opening it. The outlets on top of the desk did not work. And the restaurant closed before advertised. We came back from watching fireworks and we’re gonna grab a pizza and it had closed 3 hours early. Overall, it was a good stay though. The staff were exceptional, the food was good, and the room was clean. We enjoyed the stay!
Room 205 with King suite and pullout sofa, kitchenette, dreamy bed, 2 tvs. Morning coffee in lobby at 4am was delicious. I heard some traffic noise until about midnight off and on like revving engine and once a patrol car with lights cruised the lot. But I had nothing but good experiences there. Everyone was super nice.
We have stayed at many Drury Inns and this was about the same as most. Showing its age but the staff are always friendly – shout out to Annie in Housekeeping -one of the nicest staff people I have ever met. The room was huge but a lot of “wasted” space. Refrigerator kept things cool but not very cold. Large separate bedroom.
