WOW! Hot breakfast dinner and drinks. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The beds were comfy and the room was spacious and accommodating. Friendliest staff ever and always ready to help you from breakfast to late night at the front desk. Clean! All interior doors to the rooms and an elegant interior. I will definitely stay here again when I visit town and will probably be a permanent place when I visit anywhere they are available!!
Soccer Tournament brought us here, we wouldnât have stayed here any other way. Itâs not a bad hotel, however it does need some updates throughout the whole place.
The rooms are decent, the bathrooms need the most attention.
One of the rooms that our team had a spiderâŠâŠ.when they notified the front desk just shrugged it off and thought the mom was crazy when she asked for a new room.
So at the end of the day, would I stay here with my family of 5 NO. Yes we have high expectations, but who doesnât.
had a great time. food was ok but cant complain about food that is an added bonus. i will say the bbq sliders were much better than tacos. room was nice, toilet was a bit weird and gave us some issues but nothing I was upset about. pool was nice, it is heated. The staff were amazing. older gentleman that I kept seeing around the hotel was so nice and made the experience even more lovely. I would come back if ever in the area again.
Nice hotel. Had a big suite and the AC wasnât on when we got there and with only one vent per room it took all night to get to a comfortable temperature so that sucked a little but other than that super nice place and lots of extras they give you. Nice pool and hot tub. Food good. Great restaurant like 300 foot away from front door so thatâs nice to just walk over and eat. Itâs fancy and expensive but worth it. So great location. Very safe and easy highway access too. A more expensive hotel but you get what you pay for.
This hotel is ideally located alongside US-280 and near I-459. We enjoyed our stay. Itâs an older facility, but well-maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff, especially Erika and Maddie, were helpful and friendly. The only negative comments I have: (1) the six story hotel has just two elevators â hydraulic models which, although very safe, are notoriously slow, and (2) they should consider adding some USB outlets in each room. Ours had none; just standard electrical outlets.
