Unexpectedly superb! I am impressed with the process and hospitality being beyond my prior experiences with other companies! Very thorough with details of the vehicle and financing options. I literally just said I need another vehicle and walked in, didn’t even search online or been here before so this experience was a nostalgic moment of “back in the day” car shopping with my dad versus the fast talking car salesman who wants to push you out the door with a billion questions to ask later! Jonathan Reynoso was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with from the time I walked in the door till the time I drove my Jeep off the lot. They do not hound you while you are browsing the lot where you can make a decision on your own I appreciated that when I was ready they were welcoming. The whole staff in Mobile was amazing teaming up & helping me out. Thank you everyone so much for making my car buying experience the best. Only downfall was No Hot Coffee on a cold afternoon bring the coffee pot back I picked &told them that was a dealbreaker.
DriveTime to the rescue!!!! My daughter’s transmission went out in her car, 2 weeks before leaving for college, and I was at my wit’s end on what to do. I asked the Lord for guidance and a DriveTime commercial came on tv. We setup an appointment and we’re here now getting my daughter a car. Elyse and Jonathon are heaven sent!!!!
