  1. Wow, just wow!! Rodney’s service epitomizes what phenomenal customer service defines! I felt like family from the second I walked in the door. Rodney was extremely patient with me being indecisive about what I wanted and worked with me until I found the car I didn’t know I needed. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and I’m most grateful for Rodney’s excellent service!

  2. Everyone was amazing. We came from FL and they helped us with all the paperwork before we got there. Rodney was amazing helping us through the process once we were at the dealership. Such a fast and amazing experience. Ruby and Dakota were also wonderful and I appreciated them helping with our concerns.

  3. If I could give you all negative stars, you would get unlimited negative stars! This experience has been worse than any fears I had when it came to buying a used car. To start, my salesman Rodney had me feel out all the paper work and gave me the car information to take home and get the insurance set up in it because it was past 8pm and they were closing. I was prepared to make the down payment but he was taking so long, we decided to wait until the next day to finish the process. We went through several cars before I found the KIA Sorento I agreed to get. He said I could come back the next day after work and make the payment and just leave. He called that afternoon and said the car was deposit had now increased by $1K since I didn’t get it that night. By the time I got back there the car was sold. At the point I’m now working with Ruby. She was a sweet heart and let me rest drive several cars but none matched what I needed. I was spotted an Elantra I liked but she said it was just sold and showed me the one I have now. I asked her was the car good to go. Was there any issues with the car. She assured me that it was nothing wrong and the car was ready to go. I agreed to purchase this car even though it’s not what I wanted, I just needed a safe vehicle with ability to connect to My phone for maps. This was on 3/16/24. Two weeks later the car started running hot, I had to take it to the shop and they told me it was fixed. I left in the shop and they said everything was repaired, two days later the car was running hot again. It had to go back in the shop. I asked pep boys why this issues was not addressed the first time and they said the warranty comment Silver Rock did not approve all the repairs that they told you the car needed. So I’m very frustrated that my car was now in the car for the 2nd time and I’ve only had it for 3 weeks at this time. On 4/16/24 30 days after I got the car it is now just shutting down completely while I’m driving when I turn left. So now I have to take the car back to the shop for the 3rd time and I’ve had it for just a little over 1 month now. This car was not ready to be sold and I feel that you all knew that but did not care. You’re only concern was making a sell. So note me and my kids are riding around in a car that’s making noise and shutting off 30ish days after purchase. I asked to return the car in the first 2 weeks and was denied starting I only had 5 days. Well this car is clearly a LEMON and I’m working on contacting the BBB, all social platforms and a lawyer to help me resolve this issue because you all do not care and need to be stopped. This is Predatory behavior . I also request reimbursement for my rental car and was sent a check for $60 and the second was denied altogether. I’m now stuck with a car note and a car in scared to drive. And DriveTjme does not care. I also purchased every form of warranty that they had to offer and now I’m being told I’ll be charged a deductible now that I’m past the 30 days mark even though I’ve had issues starting at week 2
