  1. Recently purchased a Maytag large capacity washer and had it delivered. The entire staff was polite and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were courteous, shook my hand, introduced themselves, and took time to demo the new washer after installing it! Such a breath a fresh air to get quality service from a local family owned business. In stark contrast to big box stores such as Loweā€™s and Home Depot where itā€™s difficult to track down an employee, who will likely know nothing about the product you wish to purchase. Highly recommend Driscollā€™s for any appliance need!

  2. Very outstanding customer service! I was really blown away! Natalie was very knowledgeable, not pushy, understood what our budget was and never tried to upsell me on anything! They got me in for an earlier than expected delivery which was awesome and very helpful! Installation was smooth, the guys (Brandon and Matthew I believe šŸ˜Š) were knowledgeable, friendly, careful, and very professional! Highly recommend this business!

  3. UPDATE: 2024. Our freezer is continuing to work great FIVE YEARS later!!! and no problems with it since we bought it. We continue to send friends and ANYONE looking for an appliance or electronics over to Driskellā€™s and they have not been disappointed. Our first few weeks moving to Hanford in 2019 and Driskellā€™s was one of the first friendly faces to greet and welcome us to our new hometown. Good business and good people working there. Keep up the good work!

  4. Genuine customer service. Natalie listened to what we needed and went above and beyond with kindness to to my little old mom. Best of all we now have a washing machine that actually washes and cleans our laundry and in half of the time- Fast delivery, local business, excellent people. Youā€™re the best Natalie!!! Thanks.

  5. Terrible after sale service. I purchased a washer through Natalie for a small business to use strictly for washing light loads of small towels. After telling her what Iā€™d be using it for she recommended a cheap Amana washer. I specifically asked her if Iā€™d have warranty issues using it for a business and she said no, that they would deal with the warranty process and make sure I didnā€™t. I paid for the unit with the business credit card and had them deliver it directly to the business. The unit came defective and would jump around uncontrollably during the spin cycle. Driskellā€™s had their delivery guy come out to see if it was an easy fix being as their in house repair guy was injured at the time. He saw what it was doing and knew it was something beyond what he could do so Driskellā€™s sent a different repair company out. The company they sent out threw a part in it without observing the issue and claimed it was functioning properly without even testing it out. After I called saying that it was still doing the same thing the company said it was being used commercially and attempted to void the warranty. Gail told me that had they known what I was using it for that they would have recommended a commercial washer and that there was nothing that they would do despite me telling her that the unit was delivered defective at which point she sent me a link to purchase a commercial washer from them. After telling her the exact conversation I had with Natalie she told me that Natalie would reach out to me to ā€œresolveā€ the issue but I never heard back from anyone at Driskellā€™s to this day 6 weeks later. After going back and forth with the repair company and the manufacturer I was finally able to get a different tech out who properly diagnosed the defect and got the washer working properly after nearly 3 months of having to deal with a brand new defective washer because Driskellā€™s didnā€™t honor their word.
