Had a P Trap installed and it works great. However, during the process, water discharged from the pipes and my tools, sheetrock, and other items are soaked and there is standing water in my garage now. The sheetrock is ruined and everything is wet. Satisfied with the work completed, but dissatisfied with the guys not cleaning up after themselves.
We are so thankful for the Drain Werks team! We had been fighting plumbing backup for a month, nothing we could do helped. One call to Drain Werks and an hour later they were at our house ready to help! They are upfront with pricing and do not overcharge for their services! We will always rely on these guys to help!
Highly recommend Drain Werks! The Front desk was very pleasant to chat with and knowledgeable with her information, Cody and Josh who came out for repairs, showed up on time on the date they were supposed to. They even called in advance to let us know they were on their way. Cody called me to let me know what the problem was and the estimate before he got started on the work. This was the second plumber We had to call for the same job and they fixed it the first time out with no continuing issues and no over charging for not fixing the problem like previous company! Very happy with this company and they will definitely be in my contacts as our new “go to” plumber for any future issues!
My advice is to run not walk from this vendor! Requested they complete a small simple job in my kitchen and found them to be not professional, untruthful, and lacking any customer service skill. Completed part of job but left major task uncompleted and spent considerable amount of time telling me I was responsible for problem and stated multiple times that I should not disrespect them simply after I asked questions about their work. Joseph and Nolan came out to help me out with a block drainage. They were very professional and polite. They explained everything to me. I’m so glad I called you guys. Amazing service. I won’t call another plumber. I’ve had issues in the past. Again great job. Make sure to tell your bosses that Joseph and Nolan are making workers. Exceptional service. I will recommend you guys going forward.
