1. Buyer BEWARE!!! If you want subpar work that leaves you in worse condition than before he came to repair, then this is the plumber for you. Tub not repaired ,still leaking & new plumber I hired said he only glued a crack & left a part off that left my handle spinning 360 degrees. He claimed that he couldn’t get a stem to stop leak, but new plumber had located one within 30 mins went to Birmingham to pick part up & returned & installed , all within 3 hrs. They were also on time. Chad only wanted to sell me a faucet & charge me $520.00. Made multiple claims that he would be out , only to never come or return calls. Chad was very unprofessional , & not trustworthy!! I would rate him & work a 0.

2. Excellent service. Came out same day, within a couple of hours of when we called, to fix the plumbing under our kitchen sink.

3. Very deceitful buisness practices , they schedule appointment don’t show up. Overcharge you and then lie about what’s going on so you pay right away thinking something bad would happen then when I’m trying to dig into what happened and why it ended up being So expensive he ghosts me

4. Ripped me off!!!! Demanded more and more money on a job and by the end they wanted almost 20,000… when I said I can’t afford it they went dead silent on me in the middle of everything and I’m now going to have to figure it out on my own

5. The Drain Gang handled several troublesome plumbing problems for me and did so expertly and efficiently at a fair price. My wife and I were especially pleased with how well they cleaned up after the jobs. Thanks!
