DO NOT RECOMMEND. While some years ago, he may have been an excellent doctor, in recent years the same is not quite as true. Most patients can easily relay that his main cure-all to minor issues is to âdrink more waterâ without exploring options that might help the problem instead of the symptoms.
The only thing he is concerned about is making money off the insurance, and moving the sick out of his office as fast as possible. His nurses tend to be more the ones doing the actual work as compared to him. However, the biggest concern is that when a patient shows signs of an illness he does not know how to diagnose, he doesnât seem willing to patch them over to a specialist, instead will treat them topically. Presumably for more money in his pocket.
Last year, we lost a family member after he continuously hospitalized them for infections without testing farther than âwe think itâs a UTI!â Unfortunately for him, it was far worse. They ended up being diagnosed elsewhere with lymphoma, something that Reddy never suggested could have been an issue. By the time she was diagnosed, it was beyond treatable. I strongly believe had he actually been more open to allowing her to see a specialist, she would still be alive or atleast have had a better chance.
While this may not be the case with every individual, I would HIGHLY recommend seeking a different doctor in the area. More than one person in the area has mentioned him showing the early stages of dementia.
Dr.Reddy is a fabulous and a very intelligent individual and also a very good and caring person and seems to be way more caring than just the money I truly believe money is the last thing on his mind when trying to cure/save a patient
