Dr. Miranda is amazing we have been going to him since 2006. The staff is compassionate and amazing. When my youngest was little they helped us though the hardest time with him. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Mirandas office.
I love them my oldest daughter’s Dr never answered the phone and when they did they would try to diagnose her threw the phone without seeing her so with my new born I decided to switch to this Dr she is 9m now and I have no complaints I love the ladies at the desk and all the Dr’s are so gentle with my girls also they took my oldest daughter even though she isn’t a new born ❤️
I love Dr. Miranda. He’s soo patient and understanding with all his patients. BUT I cant comprehend how they’re always scheduled out yet they don’t make appointments going out a week for sick kids. I called today and wanted to schedule an appointment for my daughter who has pink eye. The receptionist told me to take her to urgent care because their scheduled out. Not sure what the point of having a Dr if their always telling you to go to another facility (urgent care/hospital emergency.
I have been with Dr Raymond Miranda since 2014 I always have a great experience he’s very understanding and answers all my questions and also his NP…also his nurses are always nice and when I call for appointments and such they are very helpful the only thing at first at the old location yea the wait times where a bit long but ever since they switched over to the new location I’m always in and out and I have 4 children coming here I recommend!
The worst pediatrics I’ve been to.. I went there as a kid and it was great when dr.Miranda was actually there in the office. I’ve called everyday for a week and was was on the line for 45 min each time no one ever answers there phone. Went in for my daughters first shots and they made me wait till she was two months to get them. Waited in the back room on the doctor for 3 hours at her two month apt. Took my son in for a physical, mention that he was messing with his ear and was told he was fine. Not even a day later we were in urgent care because my sons ear was swollen and so badly infected.
