Dr.Tiu was very unkind to me And retaliated against me and I was discharged from her office due to me reporting to her how I was treated by the receptionist(s). Her receptionist is lazy and unprofessional. I was told on several occasions to find Companies on my own with the supplies that I need And call them with the information. It has been Almost to months I that I called in for a Telehealth appointment So that I can be able to get the equipment I need it due To Graduating from Hospice But they’re barely completing the referral two weeks ago But, due to my physical ability to not being able to come in office she personally expressed to me that My messages was not give it to her by any of the receptionist. But yet I’m still discharged me from her office because I complained about them. Good thing I filled a formal complaint the day before she discharged me. SMH And with the referrals was sent to places that I’m unable to physically pick up the items Medication Prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy That she previously sent it to Because of delivery. She decided to send it to a different pharmacy For me to pick up and is ignoring me When I call and assurance call For her to send it over to the correct pharmacy. This is why people record. And by law if we feel mistreated we have that right….. I need to make sure my insurance wasn’t charged since I haven’t been able to get any appointments…
This rating is for the front desk receptionist because Dr. Tiu is great when you are able to get in. Appointments are scheduled about a month or two out and you get put on a wait list and never get a call back. The receptionist at the front has the worst attitude it seems like she hates her job. I been told numerous times to leave my number down and Dr. will call me by the end of the day and never happens. I hate having to look for another Dr. but I’m tired of dealing with that girl for the past 4 years.
I have met with Dr.Tiu 4 times now and she’s been absolutely wonderful! She really listens and answers every question I have. My health is on the right track and I am so grateful for her for that. ♥️
The best physician I have ever seen in 16 years of therapy. Actually listens and operates very friendly but very professional. She is hands-down the best physician I’ve seen in the past 16 years of medical offices.
She listens, actually cares, and is an amicable person.
I haven’t had a single problem with her and have seen her for almost a year now. She is a lifesaver and worth every second of time you spend with her. To anyone thinking of trying her, I suggest you do it.
So as I call my primary care dr Lalaine Tiu known as Dr TIU..she is the best doctor I have met,been seeing her for a few years now and my health issues have improved. Thanks to her. as me and all my kids go to her. she’s very understanding and listens to your concerns, and will take her time explaining every detail..I love when she takes her time with the patient to help them with their health issues! She always has the best answers to give. She always makes me feel so comfortable that I can tell her anything..I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care Dr. she’s so sweet ,helpful,trustworthy
