1. I went to see Dr Steger today . I was very impressed with his knowledge. He gave me something that I haven’t had in a long time and that was hope . I had tears in my eyes on the way home . He is definitely an answer to prayer . I am looking forward to getting my life back and training again . God Bless you and thank you for your gift and how you share it with others .

2. I will have to say that Dr. Steger was an answer to many prayers. I have had health issues for quiet awhile now. I would go to regular medical doctors ( western medicine) and they would all tell me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. They said my blood work was fine and everyone of them wanted to put me on antidepressants. I said absolutely not !!! A friend told me about Dr. Steger and I went. He done a VMA test and my vitamins, minerals and amino acids were deficient. I also had four different kinds of parasites. He started me on a diet plan with supplements and also treating the parasites. I feel absolutely wonderful and it just keeps getting better !!!! I will have to say Dr. Stegers knowledge and intelligence is God breathed. He truly loves and cares for his patients. Their health is his top priority. He is a Christian man who truly loves God.    5-24-24 Well Dr. Steger has done it again. I ran a 5k and I had to really push myself. It was extremely difficult and I just couldn’t understand why it was so difficult. My legs felt off. That evening I started having extreme panic attacks. The panic attacks were so bad it would draw my legs up and I could barely walk. It affected my speech and I had difficulty talking. I ended up in the emergency room and they told me that I was in full blown panic attacks back to back. They run a metabolic profile and found out that my thyroid was off. They sent me home with no help. I continued to have the panic attacks for 6 days. We called Dr. Steger. He said that my C1 and C2 were out which affects your thyroid. I went to see him and he adjusted my neck. It has completely alleviated my panic attacks and I can walk normally. My legs completely straightened out. My head is clear. My thinking is clear. Again the regular Doctors were zero help. Dr. Steger completely fixed the problem. So if you are having any kind of health problems I suggest you call Dr. Steger !!! Again his knowledge is God breathed and he truly truly cares about his patients. They aren’t just another number in the system. He is truly concerned for his patients and there well being.

3. I have been under the care of Dr. Steger for menopause symptoms which included hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog and migraine headaches. I did not want to take hormone therapies recommended in what I call mainstream medicine. The testing he recommended revealed deficiencies in my mineral and amino acid levels. 4. I’ve been with Dr Steger about 34 years and he is the most intelligent person I know. He has healed me from sickness when no other Dr. knew what to do. Dr Steger supplements are the best in the world. He knows how to make you feel better and keep you healthy and at the same time adding years to your life. He’s dedicated his life into healing people with real supplements that work not poison and a needle. Dr Steger has help people get better when other Dr”s given up. He listens to all his patients and never look at a clock. He’s gonna go up and above to make sure you get the best treatment available. He’s also a Christian man and active in the church. 5. WOW! Where do I start.
   First, I was told by a friend that I needed to go see Dr. Steger. I was kinda hesitant, but I felt like what I was doing definitely wasn’t helping me. I was tired of taking cholesterol medicine, acid reflux, medicine. So, I broke down and went to see Dr. Steger.
   It was life changing. He planned out everything that I could eat for the first month. I have never been so pleased with a doctor as I am of him. Today, makes one month for me. I have lost 18 pounds. I have never felt so good. No more waking up with numb hands and restless legs. Best decision I have ever made. I can’t wait to see what next month holds for me. I’m so excited.
