1. Office staff is friendly and office is clean. That’s what earned the star. The doctor does not talk to you, he talks AT you. INCREDIBLY condescending. He told me I had something that will never go away and then acted like I was a problem when I had questions and concerns. It was the first time I’ve ever cried out of frustration in a doctor’s office. I’m sure he saw it as weakness but it was all I could do to keep myself from yelling at him to just shut up for a minute and listen to what I’m trying to say instead of making me feel like I have to defend myself. I appreciate doctors greeting me and talking to me about options and then giving me the pros and cons of those options. Maybe I DO want surgery. Tell me more about the pros and cons. Doctors are supposed to work WITH each patient on a case by case basis instead of just handing them a flyer of generic information. I had an X-ray on my first visit but I am not sure that it was ever looked at. It has never been mentioned. I have no idea if he even would have wanted me for another appointment as he never said anything at the end. It’s just as well. It can’t be healed, right? I have a career as a mental health professional and the beside manner and lack of empathy was astounding.

2. I really like this Doctor and his staff. However I have been attempting to contact his office for over a week. Nobody seems to care about answering the phone.
   I would love to have my lab results! It’s been over a month.
   Hopefully since you’re office will not respond to my email request or answer the phone. Maybe this review will remind you that CUSTOMERS are important.

3. Rudest doctor ever.. down graded me for using a walker due to my feet… I was sent to him from my neurologist and I was told he was good and when I got the call for my appointment so I can have shots and turns around and says stupid stuff never listened to me but was nice to the patient next door to me which was a male.. so if dr. McKee wants to be rude I’ll won’t be going back to him again so I’m leaving this review and hopefully they will pay attention to it the staff was nice but him…

4. My wife had an appointment with him yesterday for a follow up and I don’t think I’ve ever seen her so angry. The doctor was very rude, and combative and would not answer her questions regarding future treatment. He made her feel like she shouldn’t have been there. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

5. Dr. McKee is a breath of fresh air! Your appointment is with HIM and he gives you all of the information and time to ask questions. I highly recommend The Foot Clinic!
