We waited for 6 weeks to be seen for an appointment, they were able to schedule surgery quickly, however we are 3 weeks post op and no one has called to check on him, see how he is healing or anything. Dr. Castillo was super rude pre-op about a prior surgery we had done by another surgeon, we waited for over 2.5 hours to go back for surgery. I would not recommend his office, drive to Birmingham or Nashville
I donât know how many good things I could say about Dr.Castillo! He did my sonâs surgery and did an amazing job! Not to mention he was so thorough! He made sure we understood all the pre op and post op instructions. Hes an absolute angel!
Dr. Castillo is a great doctor and a great surgeon. He took a lot of time with us before my sonâs surgery to explain the procedure, and he thoroughly explained his medication and care after the surgery. We are very pleased with him and his staff.
Was an hour late to my appointment with my infant and 2 year old. Was quick and abrupt and unapologetic. Do not recommend and wonât be returning
Dr. Castillo is one of the most thorough Drâs that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have had ENT type of problems my whole life. I had the same ENT for 20 years. I trusted her she cared about her patients. So when it came to my kids I carried them to her, but she retired. I thought I would never find a ENT for my kids that I trusted the same way, but I met Dr Castillo and he just completed a surgery for my son. Dr Castillo took time to explain everything and earned my trust. He cares which is unique in todayâs world. If you are looking for a âkidsâ ENT and are lucky enough to get in as a new patient heâs fantastic and I trusted him with my kids life and I donât trust many people that way. I would give more stars, but 5 is max and he deserves max! Thank you Dr. Castillo for being one of the best I have ever met!
