We’ve always had great experiences with everyone here. We highly recommend seeing them if you are suffering from foot issues. Dr. Smith and his staff are so nice. They’re always warm, friendly, and helpful. We’ve sent a few family members to him for issues and everyone has had good experiences as well. As far as the office itself goes, all areas are always clean and tidy whether you are in the front waiting area or a room waiting to be seen. The restrooms are clean, accessible, and fully stocked with soap and tissue.
I have used Dr. Smith and staff for 20 years and never regreted one single second! This man not only cares about his patients, he cares for them!!! I love this doctor and staff for all of my foot pain needs.
Dr Smith was super nice and went out of his way to help me with my problem and provide me with many solutions. I will definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. Smith is a decent person but his office manager/wife is horrendous. Just a warning to any other business: Do NOT expect them to pay invoices. We no longer do business with them but, when we did, we had to call to collect out past-due invoices EVERY SINGLE TMIE. Anna would never return our calls so we always had to call Dr. Smith himself. I guess Anna got tired of that and left a bad review for our business, at which point we finally cut them off.
