Dr. Pap is leaving and I will miss her very much. I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus and I am a good Petri dish for catching germs and my immune system does not work well. She was compassionate and helpful over so many years.
Dr. Pap has been my physician since I was directed to her by the Clinic’s Patient Care Navigator over five years ago. Dr. Pap is by far the most caring and compassionate physicians I have ever encountered, and she will be missed immensely.
Seriously get any other provider. She was very dismissive and herded me in and out like cattle. She’s okay at her job she really needs to work on being personable and able to communicate. I had a particularly bad experience with her being rude and alienating me because of my condition. I wish I knew that before choosing her, now I have to wait a couple weeks to get a new provider. Which is a whole hassle if I even get accepted by other doctors that are taking new patients. If you want to feel judged for your conditions I recommend you get her.
She can’t remember anything you tell her from previous visit and is more concerned about what you all ready know than what you came in to see her about doesn’t have all her information as to what you are there for. She acts like you don’t know your own medical history
How can you & your staff be missing so much information to a follow up appointment that you scheduled!? Also blown away by how the entire office, including the Dr. treated my wife today, seeking care elsewhere.
