1. The room here is extremely spacious they are very big. Plenty of room to relax. They have a bar here that gets hopping at about 5:00 p.m. the staff is very nice and the food was very good. Shout out to Carlos who took care of us at the bar. They have a good size pool here but it was a little too windy for us to go in. The front desk and other staff was great they were very nice and helpful. The fact that they give you free chocolate chip cookies can’t be all bad also. They have a welcoming happy hour around 4:00 p.m. or so with a bunch of appetizers that was very nice. The location of this place however it’s not the best there’s really not much around. With this said with Uber you’re close to everything.

2. Rooms are small. Carpet is dirty. Air conditioning is loud. Beds are not comfy. Housekeeping is no good. Staff is nice. Pool is good. Recommend to stay maybe just for a day, tops 2 but no more than that. The only thing I loved about this hotel is that you get to put your netflix account and actually watch movies in there!

3. Location was nice and friendly staff at check in. Really wanted to like this place.

   Room was filthy unfortunately and tried to call room service, front desk and hotel directly numerous times and could not get through to one person.

   First thing we noticed sinks were dirty when we went to brush our teeth before going out Friday night. My sink had a woman’s dark eyelash and some other crud. I immediately wiped our counter down with a towel and an orange substance, maybe orange juice, was on surface so maids clearly didn’t clean. Next morning went to shower and the amount of mold in the shower was absurd. Sofa and vinyl chair that could easily be wiped down had food stains on it. I looked up over the curtain and I noticed a huge layer of dust and out of curiosity, wiped it down in a small spot with a towel and it doesn’t look like it’s been dusted in ages. Additionally blow dryer barely worked.

   When we first arrived, I’d hoped we would return to this place due to the location and the beautiful pool on view, but I won’t return here. The room was very unsanitary and filthy. I know the table tops are wearing and unfinished in hotels have a tour of being refurbished, but , I expected more from Hilton.

4. Overall I would say that this was a very pleasant stay. The hotel itself was very nice, the room was nice, and the grounds were nice. We had the most pleasant interaction with front desk staff Cindy who let us check in early and was so friendly when we arrived. We had a little issue when we left…in our early morning departure haste I accidentally left behind a sweatshirt that had great sentimental value. Frustratingly I had a lot of hotel staff that seemed unwilling or uninterested in helping, but finally hotel manger Peter and once again Cindy to the rescue and they found it and sent it back to me…thank you so very much! I do think the resort fee is a bit excessive if you don’t golf or want to ride bikes but I don’t want to ding them on an overall really nice experience. Hope to stay here again, hopefully next time when it isn’t so windy!

5. Lovely golf course and enjoyed the bucket of balls at the range as part of the resort fee. Great gym!! Breakfast was decent for the price and the staff working there were super friendly and hard working. Enjoyed an omelette which they can make separately on request. Rooms were a little dated but still nice with a good view of the pool/mountains and a nice balcony. Only issue we had was both sinks in the bathroom kept clogging. The lady at reception was v nice when we checked in, gave us a cookie and let us check in early. We appreciated that very much. Johnaton who also works at reception needs to learn customer service and is kind of rude. A smile or acting like you care at all goes along way. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
