Employees are great and the store is neat and clean. There is usually only one register open despite the long line waiting to checkout, which is VERY inconvenient.
The young man that works the night shift thatās here tonight he is very rude he is not a people person and if youāre not a people person then you definitely shouldnāt get a job working with the public I went in I grabbed the product that was one price on the end cap one price that he rung up and instead of him sending the other associate in the store to check the prices he just was very rude and said well do you want them and I stated to him youāre very rude and he is like that every time I come in the store heās not respectful and he definitely does not need to be working with the public because his attitude is very rude
They have items blocking the aisles. Be prepared to stand in line for 5 minutes or longer because they always have just 1 person at the register while there are other employees working who can run a registerā¦they will allow the line to back up and customers to walk out before getting assistance at the registerā¦customers donāt seem to be a priority
Shop here quite often for mostly art supplies. I did notice a high turnover with employees. Seems everytime I go there, I see a new face behind the counter. Merchandise on carts in the isles instead of on the shelves so it can be sold. If they could keep steady help, I believe the stop would do so much better.
Store is closed going on 10 am was supposed to open at 7am. They have a stock truck waiting in the parking lot. I have called corporate who is supposed to get in touch with district manager. I was more worried someone had took them hostage and locked the doors on the way out. We do not live in the bast neighborhoods. But corporate said they would handle it and call when with a gift card for reporting it that would ce in handy
