The plumbers came through and went straight to work. Very professional. Fixed my problem within 20 min. The price for the service was also great. Would definitely recommend. All the other companies I called before dog gone all wanted to play 21 questions and I had to talk to a robot/automated answering service. Dog Gone answered right away and I got to talk to an actual person which made the process a lot easier.
Called Dog-Gone Right Plumbing to do a quick cap off on a gas line. The next day they showed up and it was done! Doug was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs! Thank you for such great service at a very reasonable price!
We had a water leak that resulted in our tankless water heater burning up. These guys were to our house same day and didn’t leave until they had us fixed! They stayed until 7 pm trying to make sure we had hot water for the evening. Our particular water heater was not in stock so they drove back to their warehouse and brought us one that they had in storage just so that we could have a temporary fix for the water heater. They told us to keep it as long as we needed. We’ve got the new water heater ordered and will definitely be calling them again for the install. Can’t say enough good things about these folks. We are so happy to have businesses like these in town!
Called after our hot water heater stopped working. They had someone out the same day. Great customer service and super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Would definitely recommend to anyway with plumbing needs.
Jacob and Rodney did a fantastic job at repairing the half bathroom in my workshop. Evidently, the previous owner (PO) of the property I now own did not insulate the supply line going into the half bathroom, and last Winter the line burst and flooded the workshop. The PO had Dog Gone Right Plumbing (DGRP) cap the line off, and Jacob and Rodney were able to restore full function of the half bathroom within a couple hours.
Price was reasonable; Techs were friendly; and job was done right. I now have DGRP saved to my phone for any future plumbing needs.
