1. Mr. Downs did a good job at evaluating my plumbing problem. He was professional and thoughtful even making an effort to get me financing for the overall cost. It’s presently a work in progress and I hope to contact him soon. He answered any and all my questions.

2. Nathan was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He went over everything about my electrical system. I had a lightening strike that came in on my phone line and he checked out the electric thoroughly. He determined there was no damage to my electrical from the lightening strike. The items he found that need addressing were straight forward and he explained what optional items were not necessary. He took pictures of an outside wire at end of house that the sheathing has been either chewed off or worn off exposing internal wire. That issue will be resolved next week. I highly recommend him to anyone and I felt like there was no sales pressure at all. Dixie Electric is prompt with scheduling and that means a lot.

3. I had an awesome experience having the Dixie Electric Professionals arrive to replace the electrical panel system outside and also check and replace electrical plugs in the house as needed. Concern was shown to go far beyond the call of duty to see to it that our home received the best of what ever was needed to be safe.
   My family and l are very satisfied with their work performance. Thank you Dixie Electric.

4. I love Dixie. They were prompt and on time. They took the time to explain everything to me. Kenneth was very friendly and explained our new system to us. He worked very hard until the job was done. We are very pleased.
