Horrible service. Set up policy was told everything was fine and all good to go. Month later policy got canceled and I keep getting sent around to multiple people who have no idea how to help a different company they sent me too said they keep having calls with the same problem as mine but they don’t work with the company. Reason policy got canceled is no one let me know that I needed to send proof of residency and that I needed to read the 48 page contract myself to find out what I needed to do after I was told everything was good to go other agents told me I should have been told the day I set it up and others told me it takes weeks to know but someone should have called. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Someone phoned to sell me a new policy like the one I requested. No one took care of my old issue.

Things were going fine until I called to request a change to my policy. Received no response after initial calls. Was told my rep was not available. Left messages at his office. Emailed. No response. Get a letter saying my policy cancelled. Had to call in to make customer service aware.
Still waiting for someone to get back to me.
I was treated like am not a customer despite me being liability. I called to cancel my policy atleat the lady should have asked WHY but she acted she doesn’t care. Bad experience with them now have to work on my car myself
When I initially signed up, the agent who assisted me was Samantha Allen (@Center Point). SHE WAS AWESOME!!! Made the process so easy and made feel “covered”.
Recently I needed assistance with my policy because of mistakes made by a new agent. Somehow when I called the Green Springs location I was connected to an agent from the Tuscaloosa area, Lakesha Parks. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! She calmed me down, patiently fixed EVERYTHING in my policy, bringing it up to date.
