  1. I learned of Direct Appliance through the previous owner of a house we recently bought. I contacted them about having some matching cabinets made. Mind you they are in Modesto and I am in the Bay Area and they had done the job some 8 years ago. It all started with Darci who walked me through the process step by step, and initially getting approval from Sam. They gave me a quote and when I was ready I worked with Darci via phone and email and text to send pictures and measurements. Then Jeremiah, the cabinet maker, double checked my measurements with pictures, walking me through again, step by step. By the time the cabinets arrived I felt like we were old friends and they matched and fit perfectly. This group of people are wonderful to work with! They know what they are doing and are both pleasant and professional, not to mention reasonable. I wish I needed more cabinets just to work with them again. You won’t be disappointed.

  2. Direct Appliance delivered my GE Cafe Fridge 6/5/24. The guys were very professional, nice, and did a great job. It wasn’t an easy delivery either because of the size of the fridge and the space it went into but they took their time and were extremely careful! I’m very happy and I love my new fridge! Also RJ their salesman who sold us the fridge was great! He’s also another extremely nice person. My happiness was very important to all of them. ! I’ll continue buying all my appliance from them.

  3. The Installation Team was in touch with me before arriving. As Dwayne had explained when we purchased. They explained what they needed to complete a successful install. I was shown many of the accessories of the new refrigerator and recommendations to purge the water and ice systems. They were in and out within 30 minutes. It was seamless – Thanks Direct Appliance Team!

  4. Unfortunately, at the last minute I had to cancel my service call. When my appointment was made i spoke to Whirlpool as my washer is still under warranty. Whirlpool set it up directly with Dirct Appliance. All I received was a text measage specifying when my appointment was. When I called the gal who answered said I can pay $40 for canceling or be placed on the no service list going forward. I was not going to pay. I told her I was not aware of this policy. It was not communicated as all i received was a text from them. I asked her why should the client be punished when there was nothing verbally or in writing communicated. She was rude and ended up hanging up on me. AND she Susie is an owner!!!! If you need service BEWARE!!!

  5. So, this is the job of a local appliance store (direct appliance and flooring) in Modesto. They sent installers to install our wall oven, and this is the result of their work. Now, they are not coming back to fix or finish the work. After a week of attempting to get someone to come and take care of their incomplete work, I am getting nothing! The oven door (bottom) is not operating properly. And I had to get an electrician to install a new wiring for an oulet.
    Since it is a double wall oven, the bottom door is not functioning properly.

    Your point fingers, instead of get the right person to come out and look at the issues at hand. Yes, the person finally showed up to check what mistakes were made when cutting the cabinets. Second issue: Why would the doors of a brand new oven should be taken off and instead. It was up to your recommended installer to take care of the installation, which he did not want to finish the job. Finally, I called the company that built the oven to send a technician to check the issue with the door.
