When I got Dillardās it was a couple of people in the Big and Tall Section. Iām a Black man, there was one other Black man in the area for a few minutes and one White guy and maybe his girlfriend or wife was all shopping in thus area. So, I noticed the female Salesperson kept asking if I needed help who just happened to be White. So, this kind of went on for a while. I donāt mind a little attention when Iām shopping but when I let you know that Iāll need some help. Shortly after that, the Security guard shows up and posts up right where he watched everything I was doing. While pretending to be on his phone when he might have been recording me for all I know, but instead of leaving. I finished my shopping but when I went to the Colgne section, where there were three Black employeesā¦ I was treated with respect, not followed around until I needed assistance. Thanks to Jasmine, which was an Angel the entire time I was there. Thank you so much, Jasmine, in the Beauty Section for making me feel like a customer, not a criminal. Keep up the great work, Jasmine. Dillardās, this is 2024. Stop it with Racial profiling! WOW!!! And the only reason reason you get 4 Stars is because of Jasmine.
The lady who helped yesterday was absolutely awesome she was sweet and funny and made the whole experience fun and painless definitely recommend
I couldnāt be more satisfied with the women who helped me yesterday. Mrs Beverly and Suzette, both went above and beyond to help me look for a prom dress yesterday. Top line customer service. šÆ
Very helpful. I went in to have a wallet verified as authentic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself was kind of dark indide but was very well displayed.
I just started shopping here 6 months ago. I really enjoy it! We bought my young granddaughters some dressy dresses a couple of weeks ago. The clothes are very fashionable!!
