1. amazing investigation from these geniuses. just because the investigators don’t have any basic comprehension/literacy doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem. how the heck do these people who can’t even read get hired? i’m guessing pure nepotism. Please see the conversation below.

   DRE: I would like to know if you have a copy of the new contract and the manager’s name or who ever is conducting Property Management in the property you reside. Thank you
   ME: Hello Mr. Perez, To clarify, we were never presented with a full new lease, however I’ve attached the optional addendum they sent us. We did not sign it (we are rent controlled). Our apartment complex is now managed by E* Property Management
   DRE: Good Morning,
   I have a question who is E* Property Management?
   ME: They are the property management company which you enquired about
   DRE: Are they the ones that manage the property you live in.
   ME: Yes, they are.

   …and that was literally it and then they closed the case.

2. The Staff is the Best! They are polite, helpful, friendly, and simply a joy to be around. I could hang out with them all day…
   If you are rude or not following instructions, they will put you in your place, so be polite and respectful and you will have a great experience.

3. The staff that works the examination room is hands down the best group of women to work with. I have to say I would rather take my exam (I passed) in the Oakland office then any other office in California! Strictly from my interactions with the team of women that works their. Thank you

4. I had requested the help of department of real estate with a complaint against one of their licensee. Their licensee Siliconsage homes LLC. has broken our real estate agreement and looted my wife and me for all our savings.

   I firmly believed that there was no way the department of real estate would not intervene and take some punitive action against misconduct from one of its member. There is no way a company like this could take our $30,000 and then not deliver or refund the money, without repercussions.

   I emailed Jenna Boutilier, an investigator tasked with addressing complaint and she from the outsets kept telling me they couldn’t do more than contact the seller. She got in touch with the seller and the seller promised me they would give us our money back on the phone. That day was more than a month ago and I have not even gotten the process started for the refund.

   This organization is a sham and operates solely for its licensee. I cannot believe they would let a common man like me be tortured like this. They make no effort to even act like they care even a little bit. Shame on you, shame on the corruption I have encountered dealing with this organization.

5. Office Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Testing room is very clean! The only downside was how much I had to pay to come and take my exam!
