Delta is Not a healthcare insurance provider, but a plan administrator and it’s a nightmare for mental health services. They don’t process the claims directly so you can’t work with them or get it resolved with them. They have to submit everything back to whoever they’re contracting with. The providers I work with don’t know who to bill where to bill and it is no help when they can’t call to verify insurance. I would highly avoid getting Delta
Today I needed a few claims looked into and I got the perfect rep to do them Beatrice reference number 66624. She went above and beyond I never felt rushed, she went through my information throughly and didn’t get frustrated or upset if I asked a bunch of questions. Truly I appreciate her and if I get her anytime I call I would be extremely happy because of how amazing she is at her job!! Thank you so much Beatrice you’re Amazing!! Give her a raise!!
Good morning this it a Dental Provider review.
I had spoken to Beatrice, from Delta Health, she was very helpful with my claim, she had informed our office about a claim that we had pending from last year that was never processed all the way. She informed our office the extra steps that were needed to be taken in order to get a claim completely processed. I want to thank her for her help.

I recently had a change in my insurance and had to update my COB. I did this online, however when I went to pick up a prescription, it had not been updated in the system yet. I called and Beatrice was the associate the supported me through this process. She saw my COB had been submitted but not yet processed. She advised me on how to best move forward so I could get my prescription quickly and worked to get my COB processed. She informed me it would be 10-15 business days, which I understood. To my surprise, she called me 2 days later to inform me that my COB had been updated and everything was all set. I am forever appreciative of her support in getting this resolved quickly, and the time she took to follow up with me when she did not have to. Thank you Beatrice! (reference #668780)
